Following his election to the presidency, Alberto Bassi started the construction of a work group to address the necessary organizational and managerial handover of the Cluster. In this regard, the new Coordinator has been identified in Daniela Fontana, a figure with long experience in similar Cluster structures and within employer centers, as well as a connoisseur of university dynamics due to her assiduous collaboration with Veneto universities. An urgency is then represented by the Cluster’s communication needs in terms of adjustment of visual identity, technical tools and content. Already initiated by the previous presidency, the design of the new logo has been made applicable, to be followed by application in a design system that will be declined in analog and digital communication tools. An IT expertise, in collaboration with the visual designer, has technically updated the website and social-which will be followed by a social media manager-but above all initiated an integral technical redesign in light of the progressive technical obsolescence of the tools. Two figures also devote themselves to content production, including the doctoral student co-funded by the cluster within the Doctorate of National Interest in Design for Made in Italy, who is conducting innovative research on the system of national, international and regional clusters, with specific focus on the Made in Italy Cluster.
