The Cluster MinIT appoints the assignment as the Cluster Manager to Giuseppe Iacobelli, advisor and manager with extensive know-how in innovation, new technologies, additive manufacturing, local area’s heritage, cultural inheritance, and Made in Italy tradition and history.
Economy graduate, with a MIT Master’s degree at the Business School of Bologna, Giuseppe Iacobelli is a board member of InnovUp (an association representing the Italian ecosystem operating in the field of innovation and startups) and a partner of the Angels Lab Academy (an association belonging to Business Angel that arose to encourage and favor the development of Italian entrepreneurial activities and help the growth of sustainable startups).
Former general director of the innovation hub of the Industrial Group Company Maccaferri, Giuseppe Iacobelli is a member of the management committee of the “Executive Master in Entrepreneurship” at the Bologna Business School, and a member of the panel of judges of several initiatives such as Techgarage, Startup Weekend, and Creative Business Cup Italia. As a member of the Association of Journalists, he curated several publications about topics regarding entrepreneurial innovation, namely “Open Innovation Made In Italy” (edition, Franco Angeli, 2018) and “Fashion branding 3.0” (edition, Franco Angeli, 2010).
